AQI Software Implementations Project Manager Imagine yourself… Doing meaningful work that makes an everyday impact on the world around you. Growing your expertise and expanding your skillset with every project. Aquatic Informatics (AQI), a Veralto company, is a mission‑driven software company that organizes the world’s water data to make it accessible and useful. We provide software solutions that address critical water data management, analytics, and compliance challenges for the rapidly growing water industry. We serve over 1,000 municipal, federal, state/provincial, hydropower, mining, academic, and consulting organizations in more than 60 countries. AQI is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada and has offices in the US and Australia. We value independent thinking, initiative, teamwork, relentless pursuit of quality, a playful spirit, and a sense of humor. We like smart people – IQ and EQ – who care about the environment and want to do good in the world. Our culture blends purpose with possibility, where the work we do makes a real difference on the world’s valuable water resources and where you’ll have opportunities to own your ambition and fuel your career growth. Why Join Us AQI is growing fast—and so is the demand for our innovative water data‑management solutions. We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong technical aptitude to lead software implementation projects that make a real impact on environmental sustainability. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love collaborating across teams, and want to help customers succeed, this is your opportunity to join a mission‑driven organization. We Offer Flexible working hours Professional onboarding and training options Collaborative team‑based culture Career coaching and development opportunities Health benefits This role is remote in Canada and may require up to 10% travel within Canada and the USA. What You’ll Do Manage a diverse portfolio of 30–40 projects, from quick service engagements to complex, year‑long implementations for Aquarius and Hach WIMS platforms. Own the full lifecycle: kickoffs, planning, execution, risk management, and customer sign‑off. Be the customer’s trusted partner: lead meetings, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth communication. Drive financial rigor: forecast revenue based on milestone delivery, report risks and opportunities, and support twice‑weekly forecasting reviews. Collaborate cross‑functionally: work closely with implementation specialists, developers, and support teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. Champion process improvement: participate in Kaizens and help refine standard work and templates. Bridge technical gaps: understand software architecture, APIs, integrations, and data workflows to effectively manage technical conversations and occasionally cover business analysis sessions. What Makes This Role Exciting Impactful work: help utilities, municipalities, and industries manage water responsibly. Technical depth: engage with software architecture, APIs, integrations, and data workflows—without being hands‑on coding. Variety & challenge: manage projects of different sizes and complexities across two leading platforms: Aquarius and Hach WIMS. Flexibility: 100% remote in Canada, with occasional travel for customer kickoffs or go‑lives. What We’re Looking For Must‑Have Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software project management. 5+ years managing customer‑facing software implementation projects. Familiarity with Aquarius and/or Hach WIMS platforms. Experience in environmental water, municipal, industrial, or wastewater systems. Strong understanding of technical concepts (software architecture, APIs, integrations, data workflows). Preferred Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Comfort presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including executives. Knowledge of SQL, scripting, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools. Advanced Excel skills (including VBA for data manipulation). Ability to configure and troubleshoot network environments. The base salary range for this role is $75k ‑ $105k CAD. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Interview Process: final in‑person interview onsite in Vancouver; training required during the first 30 days. At Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve. Our associates, customers and shareholders contribute unique and different perspectives as a result of these diverse attributes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
