Join us and become part of a team that lives these values every day Summary Reporting to the Base Manager, FBO, the Aircraft Refueller will provide customer service in support of Shell Aerocentre. Responsibilities include marshalling, refueling, defueling, and various ground services. This 24/7 operation requires flexibility. Responsibilities Provide services for marshalling and all ground services required by aircraft such as lavatory, water, and power. Provide services to refuel aircraft according to Shell and IAS standard procedures. Provide services to defuel aircraft according to Shell and IAS standard procedures. Provide services for hangar moves, aircraft towing, and all other services required by clients and/or sister companies (IMP group). Perform daily/weekly/monthly checks within Shell and/or IAS standards. Maintain the FBO area, Lineman office, and FBO equipment neat and clean. Participate in all Shell or IAS required training and ongoing recurrent. Greet and serve customers with the highest standards. Other duties as assigned based on operational requirements. Required flexible work schedule for 24/7 operations. Requirements High school education. 2 years’ experience. Hold a Driver License Class 3 and maintain it throughout employment. Must pass Transport Canada Security. Clearance and requirements (MOT). Require obtaining a Radio Operator Certificate. Experience in aircraft refueling will be an asset. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Outstanding customer service skills is an asset. Bilingual – French / English. Career Development At Execaire Aviation, your career journey matters.
