Key Responsibilities Medication Administration - Dispensing medications and injections as prescribed Patient Monitoring: Regularly checking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temp) and observing for any health changes Wound Care: Performing dressing changes and providing wound care. Documentation: Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting care provided. Basic Care & Comfort: Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
