We are seeking dedicated Family Physicians to join our client’s growing team and provide exceptional care in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced practitioners and new physicians seeking to establish a rewarding practice in a supportive, community-oriented environment. Your Role As a Family Physician, you will: Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to a diverse patient population. Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions. Deliver urgent care walk-in clinic services when required. Contribute to community health initiatives that promote wellness and accessibility. Open to sponsorships: Physicians requiring sponsorship or relocation support are welcome to apply. Qualifications Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice as a Family Physician in Alberta. Board Certified in Family Medicine/ MBCHB or equivalent degree from an accredited university. Proven ability to deliver patient-centred care and manage diverse health conditions. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Experience in urgent care or community health is an asset. Position Details Number of positions: 4 Start date: Immediate Compensation: Fee-for-Service, RRP eligible Split: 75/25 % Start date: Immediately 01/Dec/2025 Incentives: up to $5000 CAD for relocation when signing a contract of 4 years. 2 months’ rent free if relocating to High River, AB (only available when intending to reside in High River, AB) Why Join High River?
