The ideal Production Manager candidate has a minimum 1 year of experience working in a sign shop and the will to learn fast using some of the best tools and equipment in the industry. You will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life with precision and expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all phases of production, including signs, sandwich boards, decals, and other shop output. Oversee bagging, cutting, and printing production processes to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order completion. Manage daily operations of printers, cutters, laminators, and related production equipment, ensuring proper calibration, maintenance, and safe operation. Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, including proper use of ladders, equipment, and compliance with overall shop safety standards...and more. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work with precision and have good attention to detail.
