301 Main St, Kindersley, SK S0L 1S0, CanadaJob DescriptionPosted Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6:00 AMPharmasave #417 is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Kindersley, Saskatchewan.Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing high-quality patient careGreet customers and answer phone calls in a professional mannerAssist with entering, labeling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist or pharmacy technicianAccurately count, measure, and package medications according to established protocolsReceive and stock medication and supply shipments, monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and support inventory auditsKeep the pharmacy area clean and organized; safely dispose of expired medications and hazardous waste in accordance with regulationsPerform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and assist with insurance claims and prescription transfersAssist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assignedQualifications:Completion of a pharmacy assistant program is preferredPrevious experience within a pharmacy is an asset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to thrive in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software Kroll.Ability to stand for long periods and occasional lifting of boxes/containersWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededSchedule:35 hours per week (Full-time)The store operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and scheduled shifts will take place within these hours.7-hour shifts.Paid vacationComprehensive health and dental benefitsOpportunity for career growth and professional development supportWho We Are:Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
