BMO is seeking a Senior Manager for its legal services team. With a focus on compliance, governance, and relationship-building, this position enhances the operational effectiveness of the business. You will assist senior leaders and engage with internal and external stakeholders for strategic initiatives while driving team performance and fostering diversity.
Key Responsibilities: • Support legal counsel in efficient business operations • Build strong ties with stakeholders across the board • Enhance performance through coaching and development • Coordinate Board meetings and compliance processes • Manage sensitive bank information with care
Requirements: • Minimum of 7 years in finance, legal, or compliance • Law degree with a focus on corporate or tax law preferred • Expertise in analytical, communication, and collaboration skills • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and influence decisions • Data-driven with in-depth industry knowledge
