LIFE SKILLS WORKER, SPECIALIZED MENTAL HEALTH SUBSTANCE USE OUTREACH/SUBSTANCE USE STABILIZATION We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Specialized Services department. The Life Skills Worker (LSW) – Specialized Substance Use Stabilization/MHSU Outreach will provide outreach community‑based support services, assisting in mental health and substance use treatment. Responsibilities Provide outreach community‑based support services, assisting in mental health and substance use treatment. Deliver life skills training, coaching, advocacy, and support to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, behavioural, and developmental problems and to their caregivers/families. Motivate, assist, and guide individuals with activities of daily living; report progress and condition, including reactions to medications.
