Business Analyst – FNZ 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Overview The Business Analyst role is a key role within this team, and will provide leadership and expertise in the following areas: Responsibilities Presenting & explaining existing FNZ capability; Capturing & documenting customer business outcomes to create requirements and solution designs; Systems migration support and consultancy services; Engagement with Financial Markets Infrastructure (FMI) providers (eg CDS, DTCC) regarding integration and compliance; Customer training and knowledge transfer; Analyst & Developer handovers and support; Functional Reviews & BRS walkthroughs; Defect verification and triage. Qualifications Consistently solution & execution focused; Capable of dealing with complex problems & environments; Strong technology, analytical and data interpretation skills; Take ownership for an outcome on behalf of a customer; Comfortable with high levels of customer, stakeholder interaction & management; Experience in a consulting, business analysis or architecture environment; Equities, Fixed Income and/or Exchange-Traded Options clearing and settlement processes and workflows; Experience in broking and custody markets in North America; Understanding of the regulatory environment in the US and Canadian markets; 5+ years of experience in a delivery/consulting environment in the financial services/custody market; 1st class degree or equivalent experience; Evidence establishing an environment of continuous improvement and capability development; Confident, and able to take initiative given client– and delivery-focused environment;> Independent, self-directing and delivery focused working style; Superior analytical thinking; Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills; Good team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients; Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
