About the Team The Evisort AI team at Workday powers Document Intelligence AI and Workday’s CLM and Contract Intelligence offerings. Our mission is to change the way business deals get done. We build groundbreaking AI technology that can read and understand contract language, accelerating the deal‑making process for our customers. About the Role As part of the Evisort design team, you’ll own and lead design and research on product initiatives across Contract Workflow, Contracts AI, document intelligence, and related areas. Key Responsibilities Ship world‑class features with world‑class experiences to our customers, including for functionality that has no precedent and requires heavy imagination and innovation. Deeply understand our customer and user base and design best‑in‑class solutions from first principles for any challenge we seek to solve. Serve as the designer on product initiatives. Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs. Present, test and iterate on designs, incorporating internal and external user feedback. Conduct and lead user research on your design initiatives. Participate in and lead design sprints. Mentor and participate in peer review to help the design team level up and deliver great work. Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions, business requirements, and user needs, focusing on AI and ML in an enterprise environment. Deliver outstanding user‑centric product solutions that address complex requirements. Develop relationships with stakeholders across the org and own the end‑product quality from early design to final in‑product deliverables. Basic Qualifications 5+ years experience as a UX designer. 2+ years of experience developing AI or complex workflow functionality. Other Qualifications Prior experience at a fast‑growing startup (a plus). Strong understanding of UX Design principles and methodologies. Technical skills and ability to understand the technical lift and implications of designs. Pay Range Primary location: Vancouver, BC. Base salary range: $96,800 – $145,000 CAD. Additional locations: same range. Workday Pay Transparency Statement Workday’s pay ranges vary by location. This role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or role‑specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters will share more detail during the hiring process.
