You will build lasting relationships with customers and help protect what matters most to them on a daily basis.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by emailEveryday you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policyYou will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targetsFollow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activitiesConduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer businessQualificationsYou do not need experience; if unlicensed, training will be provided for the right candidateGeneral Level 1 Insurance License is an assetProficient in navigating multiple computer programsYou must be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through emailPrior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable roleWorking experience in EPIC is an assetJob DetailsHours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per weekLocation: Smithers, BCCompensation Range: $51,000 - $61,000Requisition #: 82266Equality and AccessibilityWestern prioritizes well-being and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity.
