The role ensures accurate administration, supports the annual compensation cycle and job evaluation work, and serves as the front‑line contact for HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on total rewards topics, escalating issues as required.Responsibilities:Compensation SupportSupport the annual compensation review cycle, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all business units.Assist with job evaluation and the maintenance of salary structures.Contribute to market benchmarking and compensation survey submissions.Support the profit‑sharing program, including communication and payment coordination.Benefits AdministrationManage employee benefit changes, enrollments, and terminations.Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and resolve discrepancies.Act as the main contact for insurance providers and brokers to address employee or administrative issues.Support renewals, disability (Long‑Term Disability – LTD) and life insurance claims, and retirement transitions.Prepare concise reference tools for HR and employees related to profit sharing, pension, and benefits at key moments such as hire or departure.Pension AdministrationMaintain and update member records for Defined Contribution (DC) and Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) programs.Process retirements, terminations, and settlements in coordination with financial institutions (Industrial Alliance, RBC, Desjardins Financial Security).Review monthly reports and ensure participant data accuracy.Follow up with deferred and retired members as required.Collaboration and Stakeholder SupportServe as first‑line contact for HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition for compensation, benefits, and pension questions.Liaise with Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure program accuracy and alignment.Escalate complex or strategic issues to the Total Rewards Manager.Administration or the recognition program (Service Awards, Holiday gifts, Retirement gifts, etc.).Compliance and ReportingAssist with Employment Equity (Canada, Quebec, and U.S.) and Pay Equity (Quebec) compliance.Maintain documentation required for audit and regulatory reporting on group insurance and retirement programs.Support the preparation of internal and external reports related to benefits and compensation.Process and Data ManagementMaintain HR databases and shared resources with current and accurate information.Support process improvement and the implementation of new tools or systems that enhance efficiency and data integrity.Requirements:College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.Certificate or diploma in Human Resources Management preferred.Minimum three (3) years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.Experience in multi‑site or cross‑border environments an asset.Working toward Certified Human Resources Professional designation / CEBS / CCP preferred.Strong understanding of total rewards programs, related legislation, and HR practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR Information Systems (HRIS).Excellent organization, accuracy, and communication skills in English and French.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.Bilingual in English and French required.Why you will love SupremeXComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Health Benefits to support your well‑being.Bonus – Annual bonus opportunities based on Company performance and/or Individual goals.Collaborative Culture – A workplace built on communication, integrity, excellence, respect, and teamwork.Work‑Life Balance – Support for a healthy balance between work and life.NOTE: This job description in no ways states or implies that these are the only responsibilities of this position.The employee will be required to accept additional responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the Manager.SupremeX is committed to employment equity in compliance with the Employment Equity Act and other applicable legislation.
