The Retail Pricebook is a critical system that enables us to price merchandise in our network of stores, understand our performance and execute marketing initiatives such as promotions and discounts. The Analyst will manage the coordination and communication of all pricing related activities while ensuring pricebook database integrity. This also includes item authorization and item discontinuation.Determine discrepancies, unauthorized items/suppliers, scanning issues, and other pricebook related issues; make the necessary corrective actions and preventive measures.Execute store level merchandising procedures, including but not limited to ordering, receiving, markup / markdowns, and pricing.Responsible for working with vendors to electronically receive pricebook and invoice information.Support category managers, suppliers, regional merchandising managers, and retail operations in resolving pricing issues at store level.Manage the coordination and communication of price download activities.Analyze promotional performance using available tools and make recommendations regarding future promotions based on analysis.Perform other administrative and/or analytical duties and responsibilities as assigned.RequirementsExceptionally high level of attention to detail and a strong focus on quality of work.Demonstrated ability to manipulate large sets of data.Demonstrable knowledge of PDI, or similar ERP, Accounting or Pricing system.Must be able to multi-task and set priorities. Critical ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.Knowledge of retail operations and convenience store marketing an asset.Bilingualism (French & English), oral and written is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in convenience store, oil and gas, retail or other supply chain/ERP-intensive industries.Étoile du poste (Profil du candidat)Très grand souci du détail et accent marqué sur la qualité du travail.Capacité démontrée à manipuler des ensembles de données volumineux.Connaissance avérée du système PDI ou d’un progiciel de gestion intégré, comptable ou de tarification similaire.Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à établir les priorités.
