In this role you will deliver exceptional retail service to our customers through new and used agricultural and turf equipment sales, as you work towards becoming one of our Territory Managers. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company for the sale of new and used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Utility Tractors etc.) to walk-in customersParticipate in required sales activities (cold calling, customer follow ups, monitoring , completing tender submissions etc)Assists Territory Managers with sales paperwork and inventory processesMaintain current product and financing knowledge of all equipment & products, parts, and services available to customersCoordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipmentConducts equipment demonstrations and promotionsParticipate in training to develop skills and knowledgeRequirementsExceptional customer relationship and communication skills1+ years of retail sales experienceKnowledge of agriculture or turf equipment and farming/operational practices preferredAbility to use standard computer systems such as Microsoft Office and internet functionsSignificant independent travel, valid driver’s licenceAbility to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidaysAbility to analyze and interpret basic sales reportsHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceCONNECT with us todayWe offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge Our 18 locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba offer endless opportunities for you to GROW .You’ll receive competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and future career opportunities in Parts, Sales, Service, and more.
