This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BAS Technician located in Ottawa, ON. In this role, you will be a Team Leader and are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems (BAS) for HVAC equipment. Your daily tasks will include evaluating system performance, coordinating with customers and team members, and ensuring compliance with all safety and performance standards. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and effective communication to optimize building system operations. We believe in a strong work/life balance and we maintain a family-like atmosphere at the company while we continue to grow.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and ability to assess system performance and identify solutionsProficiency in Business Analysis and understanding Business ProcessesExcellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clientsExperience in defining Business Requirements and implementing system improvementsRelevant certifications and experience with BAS/HVAC systems are an assetNiagara experience and/or expertise is a large assetStrong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirementsExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyMinimum of a high school diploma; additional technical certifications or education in relevant areas preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
