The Copilot Studio Admin will own and operate our Microsoft AI platform—spanning M365 Copilot/Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. Responsibilities include configuring environments, managing settings and security, monitoring changes, applying updates, and running governance reporting & audits. Engineers automations, connectors, and deployment pipelines as needed. Responsibilities Platform Administration (Power Platform & M365 Copilot) Administer Power Platform via admin center; manage connectors, endpoints, data policies. Oversee M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio setup, lifecycle, and configuration; manage actions/plugins, connectors, publishing settings. Manage tenant‑level settings for safe AI rollout (data movement, DLP, plugin approvals, app permissions). Azure & Entra ID (identity, access, policy) Administer Azure subscriptions, resource groups, policies, and Entra ID roles, groups, conditional access, app registrations/RBAC for AI & Power Platform components. Implement least‑privilege access patterns, review privileged roles, and document approvals. Monitoring, Change, Updates Monitor platform changes, plan and apply updates, communicate impacts. Maintain runbooks, change records, and incident/maintenance calendars aligned with governance. Governance, Reporting & Audits Produce and automate Copilot adoption/usage reports and Power Platform governance dashboards. Run periodic audits (access reviews, DLP/policy conformance, data residency, approvals) and track remediation to closure. Engineering & Automation (hybrid capability) Build/maintain administration automations, deployment scripts, and CI/CD for solution moves. Create PowerShell, CLI, or DevOps/GitHub pipelines to standardize provisioning and policy as code. Security, Privacy & Compliance Apply guardrails (DLP, data access, tenant boundaries, external data) consistent with security guidance; coordinate with security/governance teams. Collaboration & Enablement Partner with platform owners, security, data, product teams to enable AI rollout; contribute standards and admin guides. Provide Tier‑3 support; educate makers and solution teams on safe patterns. Qualifications Hands‑on administration of Power Platform (environments, DLP, capacity, ALM/solutions, Power Automate governance). Experience configuring Copilot/Copilot Studio environments and producing usage/adoption reports. Comfortable with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and one CI/CD tool (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions). Proven ability to run audits and governance reporting and close findings with documented remediation. Clear communication and documentation skills; able to translate policy into repeatable controls and runbooks. Nice to Have Azure & Entra ID administration experience: RBAC, app registrations/secret management, Conditional Access, Azure Policy. Azure AI/Copilot Studio depth (Prompt Flow/Azure AI Foundry basics, plugin governance, data grounding patterns). Microsoft Purview/Defender for Cloud Apps exposure. Experience with KQL/Log Analytics, Power BI for dashboards. Certifications such as PL‑200/PL‑400/PL‑600, AZ‑104/AZ‑305, SC‑300. Aecon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging.
