Your Role As a part‑time Senior Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest in store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it, passionate about building brand loyalty, and represent our values while bringing your real self to work each day. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they need with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Support the team by assisting in getting the job done. Act with integrity and always uphold AEO’s policies and procedures. Qualifications Love interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Loves AE and Aerie products. Has prior retail experience.
