FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead a new B2B SaaS venture transforming how home service businesses capture, book, and retain customers. The U.S. home services market is worth $700B+, fragmented, and underserved by vertical SaaS. Business owners in home services—plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning, and more—report losing hundreds to thousands of dollars per day from unanswered phones, untracked bookings, and inconsistent follow-up. Existing solutions stop at scheduling appointments; they fail to close the loop on customer care, reviews, and upsells. The venture's AI Call Agent answers every call, books jobs seamlessly, handles objections in real time, and follows up automatically after each service.
