Basé à Montréal, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Front Office pour intervenir sur une architecture informatique centrale. Votre mission consiste à garantir la stabilité quotidienne de la plateforme, à accompagner les traders et à piloter l'amélioration continue du système. Notre cabinet assure une recherche de profils et la présélection, via un processus de recrutement à échelle humaine. Responsabilités Assister les utilisateurs Front Office au quotidien et assurer une communication fluide. Résoudre les incidents techniques et fonctionnels en lien avec les équipes support. Effectuer le suivi de la production et les opérations de maintenance préventive. Collaborer avec les développeurs pour le déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités. Coordonner les actions avec les équipes supports locales réparties dans 5 pays. Dispenser des formations sur les produits auprès des utilisateurs finaux. Maîtrise de le langue anglaise à haute niveau (très importante), français (atout). Minimum 3 ans d'expérience pertinente (expérience offshore, un atout). Expertise des marchés financiers : dérivés de crédit, Fixed Income, Repo et dérivés de taux. Maîtrise de la valorisation, des sensibilités et des outils MX.III (Pricing, Simulation, Market Data). Excellentes compétences relationnelles et aptitude à gérer des parties prenantes exigeantes (Traders). Compétences requises Maîtrise de le langue anglaise à haute niveau (très importante), français (atout). Minimum 3 ans d'expérience pertinente (expérience offshore, un atout). Expertise des marchés financiers : dérivés de crédit, Fixed Income, Repo et dérivés de taux. Maîtrise de la valorisation, des sensibilités et des outils MX.III (Pricing, Simulation, Market Data). Informations contractuelles Lieu : Montréal. Mode Hybride : Présentiel complet durant l'intégration (3 mois), puis 2 à 3 jours de télétravail. Type de poste : Priorité au poste permanent (ouvert au statut Freelance/Incorpo). International : Priorité aux profils locaux (Québec, Canada) ; ouvert à l'international sous réserve d'un projet d'immigration concret. Pas de travail à distance à 100% depuis l'étranger possible.
