Our customers are making multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.Key ResponsibilitiesFullstack development front end and back endEngage customers on design features to enhance user experienceQualificationsHave a deep interest in creatingahighly interactive and pleasant to use web app.Motivated and obsessed with solving hard problems.Experience with a complicated single-page web app.End-to-end performance optimizations.Solid javascript skills.Nodejs experience.Postgres and query optimization experience.Previous startup experience.[Bonus] Vuejs experienceHave built a complex web app that can be demonstratedGreat communicatorObsessed with great UI/UXSense of urgency to get things doneWorks hard, learns fast. and want to grow quicklyLove to code, and understand that shipped code is better than perfect codeExpectationsHave a great sense of what a great product looks like and can build a delightful product.Great and concise writer. Everyone writes a lot to minimize the number of meetings to focus on building the product.Get things done fast with a high-quality bar.End-to-end ownership of projects. Projects are typically defined in collaboration with customers, product, design, and other engineers.Operates autonomously and seeks help to get things done.Actively involved in product planning.Proactively seeks additional work. Able to be self-sufficient and contribute to team goals.Seeks to identify project risks and autonomously keeps projects on track.
