What We Need

Mining Lawyer
8+ years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and in-house legal department.
5+ years as a subject matter expert providing legal advice on mining law.
Experience and ability to draft, negotiate, and review a variety of agreements including exploration, lease, option, engineering, design, and operations agreements.
Toxic substances reporting and disclosure, remediation of mine sites, land assembly and land use.
Familiarity with ESG strategies.
Experience with public mining companies preferred
