Start: Early February (Discovery wraps late January)Duration: 3-month rolling contract (extensions very likely)Location: RemoteHours: ESTOur Client, a global data analytics company is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale Lead-to-Cash enterprise transformation following multiple acquisitions. The consultant will own cross-functional integration efforts spanning Salesforce, NetSuite, enterprise customer data, and revenue operations, working closely with the Transformation Office, CFO organization, and Enterprise Business Applications team.This role is part of a newly formed Transformation Office and requires a program-level leader capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives, external vendors, and senior stakeholders while operating with ambiguity.Initial engagement will be a 3-month rolling contract, with extensions expected as the full roadmap is finalized.ResponsibilitiesLead the Lead-to-Cash process and systems transformation, from discovery through implementationOwn the enterprise customer and finance data integration roadmapCoordinate technical delivery across Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, NSAW, and downstream systemsAct as the central point of accountability across Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, and MarketingManage and coordinate systems integrators and external vendorsProvide program-level governance, including risk, dependency, and financial trackingIdentify early warning signals and proactively course-correct complex initiativesSupport Transformation Office reporting, cadence, and execution disciplineMust-Haves (In Order of Importance)10+ years experience in senior Program / Transformation ManagementProven experience leading enterprise transformation programs (not single-project PM work)Strong Salesforce and NetSuite integration experienceDemonstrated M&A systems integration across fragmented organizationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working directly with CFO / senior business leadersStrong vendor and systems integrator management experienceComfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environmentsAble to work EST hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
