Overview Wingspan Dev Capital Inc is an innovative residential property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties and are committed to building processes that are efficient and effective. Responsibilities Greet and engage prospective residents, providing tours of available units and highlighting property features. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate resident records and follow up with prospects throughout the leasing process. Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents, including social media, signage, and community events. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents. Address resident concerns and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner. Maintain knowledge of fair housing laws, leasing regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Qualifications 1-3 years previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with Yardi is a plus). Knowledge of local rental market and fair housing laws. Professional and friendly demeanor. Highly organized with attention to detail. Self-motivated and results oriented.
