As a full-time Automotive Rail Loader, you will work outdoors throughout the year alongside a team maintaining production standards. The entry-level position involves repeatedly entering vehicles, securing shipments, and handling railcar equipment. Paid training supports the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully drive vehicles onto multi-level railcars
- Secure vehicles using placement and removal of chocks
- Climb in and out of vehicles repeatedly
- Open and close railcar doors
- Productively meet deadlines and solve problems together
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfort working outdoors year-round
- Ability to perform physical labor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Punctual, reliable, team-oriented approach
