Consultant, Fraud Management Join CIBC as a Consultant in Fraud Management to develop and execute fraud risk policies and strategies across all channels. You will quantify fraud risk exposures, evaluate loss prevention / mitigation strategies within Retail Markets, track new initiatives that mitigate fraud on debit card, credit card and deposit accounts, support new initiatives through multiple project stages and mentor junior colleagues. What You'll Be Doing As a Consultant, Fraud Management you will support the creation of fraud risk policies and strategies across all channels and various product groups. Your primary focus is to track and evaluate new initiatives that mitigate fraud on debit card, credit card and deposit accounts. You will support new initiatives through multiple project stages including risk identification, risk assessment, proposal evaluation, initiative funding submission, seed funding and business case. You will also own the tactical and strategic vision of fraud loss mitigation, work closely with stakeholders and provide support and mentoring to junior colleagues. How You'll Succeed Operations and Risk Management – Identify fraud risk exposures and client impacts proactively through data analysis and operational observation to optimize client experience. Business Case Development – Track fraud strategy initiatives from idea to funding, support business case creation including assumptions, risk levels, loss conditions and financial impacts. Relationship Management – Consult with internal partner groups to identify emerging issues and potential fraud exposures, maintain contact with external organizations and vendors. Who You Are Experience in risk management and fraud management systems (e.g., PRM, Falcon) and business case preparation. Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate detailed information effectively. Relationship building skills and influence to drive outcomes.
