Your function

I am currently recruiting a Quality Supervisor for one of my clients, a paper manufacturing company located in Bromont - Permanent position 40 hours per week.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Define and implement best practices for quality tools (projects, processes, systems) in line with site and corporate objectives.
- Ensure that OHS standards are met and maintained.
- Mobilize, structure and develop your teams
- Actively participate in process improvement in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the smooth running of related projects.

Your profile
-Minimum 5 years' experience in quality supervision in the manufacturing sector
-AEC, BAC, Master's degree in quality management or other relevant field
-Bilingual French - English
-Knowledge of ERP, SAP an asset.
-Knowledge of quality standards, experience with regulated fields, relationship with Canadian agency an asset.

- Salary: $70k - $90k depending on experience
