Opportunity Teaches life skills to the parents and other family members who access services from the Family Empowerment program. These include behavior modification methods, role modeling, open discussions, and role‑playing. Schedules all access visits between children and their families with foster families and biological families as directed by the Family Support Supervisor. Provides services to families referred by the Ministry of Children and Family Development, Carrier Sekani Family Services and any other delegated agency requesting services as detailed on individual contracts and Integrated Case Management (ICM) planning meetings.
