Luckyhammers is currently looking for a Senior Animator to join our team, and bring innovative ideas to the table to help us build our success. Through our past experience, we thrive to learn and grow together and create original experiences.We aren't just another studio, we are passionnate individuals looking for someone who loves games and wants to succeed as much as we do.As part of your role, you’ll bring our characters to life by delivering high quality animations. We also want our more junior animators to benefit from your experience. This means monitoring their work and coaching them on a daily basis. Also as part of your role:Job DescriptionCreating, prototyping, key framing bipedanimation as well as more complex ones;Participate in production’s scheduling, planification, meetings and ensuring we meet deadlines;Work on your animations, and participating in creating the vision of the project;Problem-solving your animations as well as helping your team troubleshoot;Monitor and validate artistic integration with programmersPolishing your animations and helping team achieve the level of quality expected.Qualifications7 years experience in making animations for videogame;Great sense of observation and a good knowledge of a videogame production;Having a beautifully put together portfolio that demonstrated a good understanding of animation, creativity and the capacity of being artistic;Understands game design intention and can list required animations for simple behavior;Good knowledge of human anatomy;Knowledge of 3DS Max, Mayaor other equivalent software;Knowledge of rigging and skinningHaving worked with Unity, Unreal or a similar Game Engine;Capacity to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.Demonstrate strong organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and ability to give and receive constructive feedbackAdditional InformationWhat we have to offer:Beautiful open space offices in the heart of the plateau Mont-Royal;Flexible hours;Weekly snacks;Lot's of coffee and Tea;Insurance as well as all our benefits as of day one;A virtual clinic offered to all our employees and their families; #J-18808-Ljbffr
