Job DescriptionBusiness Systems Analyst – Wealth Platform (Agile | API | Data Mapping)OverviewAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join a fast-moving Wealth Tech team delivering critical features for a leading Wealth Management platform. This role combines feature ownership, epic / story writing, and test coordination in an Agile environment.You’ll interface with front-end, back-end, data, and core systems teams, so we’re seeking someone with a technical mindset—ideally from a development background or with strong technical fluency.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end feature delivery: define, track, and deliverWrite detailed epics / stories using Jira / ConfluenceCollaborate with developers, analysts, and testersCreate API mappings, system flows, and data dictionariesAct as Scrum Master for feature-level initiativesSupport QA and validate acceptance criteriaBridge communication between business and technical teamsWhat You Bring5+ years in a BSA or similar role, ideally with a technical foundationStrong Agile delivery experience; fluent in Jira & ConfluenceSkilled in writing stories for APIs, backend / frontend, and database workHands-on with data mapping, system flows, and integration planningClear communicator with strong stakeholder managementKnowledge of Wealth Management or Financial Services is a plusWhy JoinOwn key features in a modern Wealth tech stackWork closely with business and technical stakeholdersHybrid flexibility + collaborative Agile cultureApplySend your resume and a short intro to: (include Base Salary / Bonus, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
