Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation and operational scaling. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to ensure that Rubicon Organics remains at the forefront of its industry. Qualifications Experience Proven experience (10+ years) in business transformation, operational excellence, or related leadership roles within fast‑growing organizations. Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams through large‑scale transformation initiatives, ideally in a high‑growth or scaling environment. Experience in designing and implementing scalable business architectures and systems that enable growth. Expertise in technology and systems integration, with a focus on future‑proofing business operations. Ideally, experience in scaling in a manufacturing, agricultural, and/or FMCPG environment. Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive decision‑making and business performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners. Commitment to the core Rubicon values of Integrity, Excellence, Quality, and Freedom (autonomy), including our informal “no jerks” rule. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
