Our highly specialized resources are sought after for the optimization of processes and the discovery of solutions that maintain all stakeholders’ needs and desires. We provide services in the field of industrial technology including Electrical & Instrumentation, Industrial Ethernet, Cyber-security, Automation Integration, and Data Visualization & Analytics, in addition to backing each department with a strong field maintenance support team.

Key Responsibilities

:Oversee SOC operations, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and incident response. Develop strategic plans for SOC maturity and capability enhancement. Mentor and manage a team of security analysts and engineers. Direct incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery. Ensure timely escalation and communication of critical incidents to stakeholders. Integrate threat intelligence into SOC workflows. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to regulatory standards and internal security policies. Maintain documentation and reporting for audits and compliance checks. Technology & InnovationEvaluate and implement advanced security tools and automation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for detection and response capabilities. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience:nMinimum 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in SOC leadership roles. Professional Designation: P. Eng (Professional Engineer) required. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint security, and cloud security. Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK. Certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GICSP, GRID or equivalent highly desirable. Skills: Strategic leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication. Ability to lead high-performing teams under pressure. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Advanced understanding of cybersecurity technologies and trends.
