Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration * Participating in the production and verification of related tasks * Training and coaching your fellow team members * Managing and monitoring the budget * Boosting client satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and promptly responding to requests from clients, members, and trustees * Assisting the team in executing various special projects * Proposing innovative methods for improving our processes ****What You Bring****We’re looking for someone with passion, experience, and the right qualifications. Here’s what you’ll need: * A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration * A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or related field * A talent for collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients * Strong analytical thinking and keen attention to detail * Exceptional organizational and resourceful skills * Strong communication and team collaboration skills * Highly developed customer service abilities * Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (bilingualism is an asset) * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, OneNote) We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
