Posted 1 day ago.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.Drive results by reviewing special requests and promoting and selling specialized products and services that meet client needs.Analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers.Support current and potential members and clients, represent the organization and negotiate agreements with clients.Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.QualificationsCollege diploma in a related field.A minimum of two years of relevant experience.Knowledge of French is required.Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English‑speaking partners, members and/or clients.Advanced knowledge in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Creole, Portuguese, or Mandarin) due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with Spanish‑speaking partners, members and/or clients.Available for frequent travel in the Eastern Quebec regions (Capitale‑Nationale, Charlevoix, Saguenay, Gaspésie).Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.Available to work from Monday to Friday, including evenings and weekends, at representation events.Action oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Drive results, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning.BenefitsCompetitive salary and annual bonus.4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year.Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement.Group insurance including telemedicine.Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment.Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.Equal OpportunityAt Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
