This involves on site repairs and repairs in our valued client\'s homes. What You Will Be Doing Verifying and accurately diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems Preparing accurate estimates and explanations on all repairs Performing assigned and required repairs to customer products Travelling to customer\'s homes to diagnose / repair appliances To be successful in this role you must Have a clean driver\'s abstract (our insurance team says so) A current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticket Enjoy working within a diverse team Have a strong sense of urgency Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience Clear a security check Our story began in 1974, when the Broderick family rented out appliances at their bottle depot on Macleod Trail in Calgary.
