With a keen eye for detail, you excel in both individual and team settings and can take ownership of projects, driving them to successful completion.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain FortiClient Cloud software and infrastructureContribute to web developmentHelp deploy and maintain FortiClient Cloud services and infrastructureStay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud application developmentSkills RequiredMinimum 5 years' relevant work experience showing track record of code/feature ownershipWorking experience with PythonExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills (Linux/Windows/Networking)Experience with relational databases (ex. MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)Experience with web frameworks (ex. Django, Flask)Experience or working knowledge of cloud-native technologies (ex. K8S, Helm, Docker, Terraform)Experience deploying and maintaining cloud applicationsFamiliarity with RESTful API design principlesMust be able to work well in a fast-paced team development environmentStrong Linux development experienceExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP or OpenstackNice-to-HaveExperience with network topology and securityPrevious experience with Kibana+GrafanaThe Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $110,000 - $150,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.
