Lead and facilitate project kick-off meetings, ensuring that milestone commitments are translated from the customer to the internal Husky stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Field Service, Spare Parts, etc.) successfully, including proper documentation. Follow-up on open issues from the kick-off meeting. Align with the Operations and/or Customer Support teams to ensure Service Product executed to appropriate specifications at customer site. Align with Operations and/or Customer Support team on the impact of order changes, and ensure that original schedule deadlines are met, or if this is not possible, communicate the impact to the sales team and customer. Maintain and communicate regular updates of project status to all stakeholders, including performance updates to customers. Provide support for sales and customers, coordinate the documentation and timely resolution of any quality issues that may arise. Ensure quality and accuracy of reporting after each intervention on customer plant, ensuring good templates are used and properly filled. Prepare, issue and evaluate follow up actions in order to collect system Key Performance Indicators from the field in collaboration with the Operations team and ensure that the customer and the sales team are informed of achieved results compared with committed targets. Support Sales and Business Advisors to define quotation, with appropriate scope of work and supply. Be able to guide the proposal for new or renewed contracts, based on previous project history and customer needs. Ensure the proposal includes achievable targets, able to address customer’s needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including such initiatives as defining new processes and tools to support the business. Technical / Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and project management skills Strong negotiation, facilitation, conflict management skills and the ability to professionally interact with internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) Broad exposure to Husky Service environment, culture and Products Knowledge of injection molding machinery and related mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic technologies and ability to learn new Products/Services/technology quickly Experience or knowledge of CRM, ERP systems Financial knowledge is an advantage Sales attitude and ability to understand sales/business priorities Strong knowledge of MS Office applications Organization and writing reporting skills Strong ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships Logical thinking capabilities and continuous improvement attitude Education Bachelor of Engineering degree. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
