Senior Cloud Azure Architect Avanade is looking for an Azure Infrastructure Solution Architect who enjoys working with Microsoft technologies on fun and challenging projects together with a fantastic team of passionate and inspiring colleagues. You will join our Cloud Infrastructure team, full of professionals who are all committed to pushing the limits of Microsoft technologies to help our customers achieve their goals You will work in an agile environment with some of the best Microsoft consultants globally. Together with your colleagues, you will be working on highly complex projects for some of the most well‑known companies, and you will be responsible for developing highly complex solutions, all while developing your own career. Our Applications and Infrastructure team plays an instrumental part in doing what Avanade does best: delivering outstanding, complex projects with global impact and helping our clients transform their businesses through digital innovation. Key Responsibilities Deliver with excellence and become a trusted technical advisor to our clients. Lead implementations of Azure solutions at our customers, working on projects that utilize the full breadth of the Azure platform with both IaaS and PaaS, deployed with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code in an automated way. Perform end‑to‑end solution shaping and architecture for Cloud Transformation, including estimation, solution planning, and SOW to create the optimal customer outcome. Work closely with Sales, tailoring and shaping our proposition to the customers’ IT and business leadership for our largest Enterprise Accounts. Help clients understand cloud‑oriented practices and approaches including DevOps, PaaS, containers, Kubernetes, Hybrid cloud, migration and modernization of applications using cloud and Big Data. Drive the creation of the value case for the client’s business challenges that would most benefit from migration to the Microsoft platform.
