CUPE C-25-345 - Pharmacy Technician - Pharmacy North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) Pay Range CA$35.44/hr - CA$36.97/hr Responsibilities The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for dispensing and compounding of drugs, as delegated by a Pharmacist, and the distribution component of Pharmacy Services, in keeping with the standards of Hospital Pharmacy practice. Qualifications Regulated Pharmacy Technician (registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists) required Knowledge and experience with Meditech an asset Experience in hospital pharmacy automated technologies an asset Skills & Abilities Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word) required Good attendance and work record required Valid driver’s licence required Demonstrated excellent judgment and proven analytical skills required Must demonstrate commitment to ensure the safety of fellow workers, patients, volunteers, and visitors Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in this organization Bilingualism (Advanced level English/French) is required.
