Supervise staff performance, maintain staffing coverage, and ensure all team members follow established procedures. Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, and security concerns in a calm and professional manner. Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure a secure and safe environment. Prepare incident reports, documentation, and follow‑up summaries as required. Coordinate with mall management, tenants, contractors, and emergency services when necessary. Assist in training new security staff and promoting consistent adherence to protocols. Monitor CCTV systems and access control points as needed. Support the development and continuous improvement of safety processes and incident‑response plans. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of security experience, preferably in a retail or commercial environment. Previous supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred. Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure. Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act, Criminal Code, and emergency response procedures. Proficiency in report writing and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
