Additionally, Fox Group Canada is significantly expanding its business portfolio in Canada, and the role of the Store Director is pivotal in leading the future of Nike Retail Stores within the company. What You'll Do Assist the Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a store. Perform all store management functions in absence of Head Coach. Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of business support staff. Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinate work activities with other supervisors. Apply management skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objectives within own unit. Recruit and hire top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment. Set priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; develop plans to meet short‑term objectives. Perform work in support of brand plans; demonstrate link between daily work and company mission; participate in initiatives and programs. Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities. Communicate with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance. What We'd Love To See Extensive retail experience including 2+ years experience in management. Enthusiasm and passion about sports and / or sports fashion.
