Job TitleOracle FCCM KYC Product DeveloperLocationToronto, ONJob SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Oracle FCCM KYC Product Developer with proven experience building and customizing KYC risk models. This role is focused on product-level development and configuration, including KYC scoring logic, calculations, and workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of KYC data across the FCCM platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize KYC risk models within the Oracle FCCM KYC moduleBuild and enhance KYC scoring logic, risk calculations, and workflow configurationsAnalyze and manage end-to-end KYC data flows across source systems and FCCM KYCImplement product customizations to support regulatory and business requirementsValidate model outputs, scoring accuracy, and data consistencyCollaborate with AML, compliance, and data teams to ensure scalable and compliant KYC solutionsSupport UAT, production releases, and regulatory or audit inquiries related to KYC modelsMandatory Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with Oracle FCCM KYC moduleStrong PL/SQL skills for model development, data analysis, and validation.In-depth knowledge of KYC data models and FCCM KYC architecture.Proven experience creating, enhancing, or customizing KYC risk models.Experience in product engineering or technical customization roles (not functional-only)Nice to HaveBroader AML domain exposure beyond KYC (e.g., TM, ECM)Prior experience in product engineering or large-scale platform implementationsExperience working in regulated financial services environmentsAbout MphasisMphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
