Provide day-to-day guidance across the commercial insurance team Support workload and workflow management priorities Assist with complex commercial files and client situations Handle coverage and renewal escalations Coach development, review files, and provide feedback Requirements:
Level 2 General Insurance License Five or more years of commercial lines brokerage experience Strong commercial property and liability knowledge Experience independently managing a commercial book Applied Epic, communication, and coaching skills Bring commercial lines expertise, coaching ability, and technical strength to guide professionals through complex insurance work.
