This analyst develops and maintains financial governance and controls frameworks across BMO. The work applies accounting, financial management risk, regulatory compliance, and internal controls knowledge. You will create recommendations, analyze information, and support stakeholders with governance implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop governance and control solutions aligned with stakeholder needs
- Maintain, monitor, measure, and report governance program status
- Coordinate oversight activities, training, policies, and procedures
- Interpret regulatory changes and assess framework impacts
- Analyze issues and provide governance recommendations
Requirements:
- Education background in accounting and or finance
- Solid audit or internal controls testing experience
- Advanced Excel with pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Transcripts required; Power BI and AI tools beneficial
Use accounting, audit, Excel, and communication expertise to strengthen BMO’s financial governance and internal controls framework.
