Join us in this journey of growth, exploration, and togethernessJob Title: Executive Director, Tiny ScholarsLocation: Head Office (with regular travel to multiple regions/locations)Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually + comprehensive benefits packageEssential Requirement: This role involves frequent travel to oversee operations across multiple sites.Position OverviewThe Primacorp Group is actively seeking an experienced Leader in the Early Childhood field who can not only operationally oversee several Early Learning Centers (ELC), but also help us grow from a handful of centers now to a 30+ centers in the next 5 years.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Operational ManagementResponsible for the overall operations of all Tiny Scholars locationsEnsure compliance with Child Care Licensing Regulations and maintain high-quality standards.Overall Site Leadership and DevelopmentLicensing And ComplianceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing regulations and ensure the ELC's adherence to all legal requirements.Coordinate and oversee the completion of required certifications, licenses, and clearances for staff.Ensure compliance with childcare licensing standards (provincial)Review, develop, and implement policies and practices in alignment with relevant governing bodies.Health And SafetyEnsure a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors.Financial ManagementResponsible for achieving the budgeted revenue, cost, and profitability targets for each ELCNew Centers / GrowthResearch and determine the best potential locations for new ELCsCoordinate the various tasks of setting up a new ELCPerform other duties as assigned.Innovative And Creative ThinkingCustomer-service oriented.Empathy and understanding of stakeholder needs.Conflict resolution skills.WHY YOU?To excel in this role, an individual must have and demonstrate the following:Key CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skills.Adherence to confidentiality standards.Thorough understanding of Child Care Licensing Regulations.Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing.Leadership, direction, support, and motivation abilities.Independent work with limited direction.Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus during hectic periods.Excellent organization skills for planning, organizing, and directing facility operations.Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business or a similar fieldMBA would be an assetEarly Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development is a strong assetProven experience in managing Early Learning Centres or similar childcare facilitiesExperience opening new ELCs or similar facilitiesCertificationsCriminal record check and vulnerable persons searchCurrent immunizations and TB clearance.Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.Don’t hold back—apply today, even if you do not tick every skills list.
