We partner closely with leaders at all levels to ensure we are hiring the right talent at the right time, while delivering a seamless, equitable, and memorable candidate experience. Together, we set the bar for what world‑class hiring looks like.What You’ll Work On:Develop and own the global talent acquisition strategy aligned to company objectives, long‑term workforce planning, and organizational health.Lead and scale a global TA function spanning Executive search, Technical, Go‑to‑Market, and G&A recruiting, early careers, internal mobility, diverse hiring strategies, and global expansion.Translate business strategy into hiring strategy—anticipating future needs, risks, and opportunities.Build and operationalize a long‑range talent roadmap that supports growth, new markets, acquisitions, and critical capabilities.Leadership, Coaching & Organizational Development:Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of TA leaders, recruiters, sourcers, and operations experts.Build a culture of excellence, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.Develop career pathways, up‑skilling programs, and leadership development for recruiters.Empower Hiring Managers through training, enablement, and competency‑based interviewing frameworks.Stakeholder Engagement & Enterprise Influence:Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, GTM, G&A, and international markets.Influence decision‑making by shaping hiring prioritization, trade‑offs, and long‑term leadership needs.Partner with Finance, HRBPs, and business leaders to align hiring plans and ensure strong accountability and collaboration toward hiring goals.Communicate business insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership with alignment, clarity and influence.Ensure white‑glove candidate and stakeholder experiences end‑to‑end.Market Intelligence, Workforce Planning & Talent Forecasting:Maintain a deep pulse on global talent markets, emerging capabilities, compensation trends, and competitive movements.Build scalable research frameworks and market maps that inform strategic decisions and long‑term workforce planning.Partner with Finance, People, and Business Leaders to drive headcount prioritization, recruiter capacity planning, and scenario modeling.Data, Insights & TA Analytics:Build and evolve global recruiting dashboards, talent intelligence models, and performance metrics.Use data to diagnose problems, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.Establish a data‑driven culture within TA—enabling leaders to make fast, confident, and strategic hiring decisions.Report talent insights to executives, board representatives, and cross‑functional partners.Operational Excellence & TA Systems:Design and scale world‑class TA processes, systems, and tools across all regions.Drive the implementation and adoption of new hiring technologies, automation, and AI‑driven solutions.Standardize global best practices while enabling necessary local adaptations.Build operational mechanisms that ensure quality, speed, compliance, and fairness at scale.Executive Communications:Create compelling presentations, narratives, and updates for executives, and company‑wide audiences.Communicate talent strategies, market intelligence, and hiring recommendations with clarity and influence.Employment Brand & Talent Attraction:Oversee employer brand, talent marketing, and recruitment communications to position Clio as a top destination for exceptional talent.Build a narrative that reinforces our culture, mission, and employee value proposition globally.What You’ll Bring:15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience, including global scope.10+ years leading managers and large multi‑disciplinary teams across geographies.Demonstrated success owning end‑to‑end executive search, senior leadership hiring, and critical capability build‑outs.Proven ability to scale a TA organization in high‑growth, SaaS environments.Expertise in designing global hiring systems, processes, and operational frameworks.Strong data fluency—comfortable with dashboards, forecasting, modeling, and analytics.Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Deep experience with modern TA technology, including ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and AI‑driven tools.Commitment to equity, inclusion, and building diverse leadership teams.High judgment, high EQ, and a reputation for integrity, trustworthiness, and strategic clarity.Bonus Points If You Have:Experience with Workday Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime, and AI sourcing tools.Experience hiring in global markets across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.Experience supporting post‑acquisition integration and talent strategies.Background in building TA functions in SaaS or high‑growth tech organizations.This role is a backfill for an existing position.What you will find here: Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high‑performing culture.Some highlights of our Total Rewards program include:Competitive, equitable salary with top‑tier health benefits, dental, and vision insurance.Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.$2000 annual counseling benefit.RRSP matching and RESP contribution.Clioversary recognition program with special acknowledgement at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.The expected salary range* for this role is $196,700 to $281,000 to $365,300 CAD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time.
