Analyste II, Exploitation, RH – Talent Acquisition Coordinator / HR Operations Analyst II Company: TD Securities (TD) Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 hrs per week Compensation: $69,700 - $98,400 CAD (varies by skills, experience, location and other factors) Overview: Join TD Securities’ Talent Acquisition Coordination team as a key partner supporting the delivery of operational excellence in Talent Acquisition (TA) across North America, Europe, and Asia. You’ll work closely with the Head of TA Coordination to standardize processes and drive operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert for TA operations, providing analysis and operational support for recruitment processes at all levels (Early Talent and Experienced Hires) Manage and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers/recruiters Support Workday‑Recruit operations, including offer letter generation, opening/closing job requisitions, and managing tasks outside the recruiter’s core responsibilities Collaborate with the Head of TA Coordination and the team to design and implement standardized recruitment processes across global regions Develop, document, and standardize recruitment processes, ensuring audit‑friendly practices and compliance with internal and external requirements Create and maintain job descriptions for TA roles and support reporting for TA initiatives Drive process improvements within TA operations Assist in managing the preferred supplier list (PSL) Process invoices and payments for TA vendors Assist in the onboarding of new hires in TDS Work with Head of TA Coordination in reviewing and updating the TA PSL, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency Support the “Moments of Truth in TA” learning series and other special projects Provide optimal service and guidance to colleagues and partners, ensuring adherence to customer service standards Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience Participate fully as a team member, contributing to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment Qualifications Undergraduate degree Minimum 3 years of relevant TA or HR operations experience; experience in financial services is an asset Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices, including TA process standardization Experience with HR technology (e.g., Workday, ATS), reporting, and data analysis Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and facilitation skills; proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage multiple projects Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint La TD est un chef de file mondial dans le secteur des institutions financières.
