We are problem solvers who like to roll up our sleeves and accelerate digital transformation journeys - always leveraging data as our foundation.About the Opportunity:The Functional Consultant specializes in understanding and translating business requirements into actionable solutions within the data, analytics, and AI space. They work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, ensuring that technical solutions deliver meaningful business value. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.Common responsibilities and activities for our functional consultants include:Requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder interviews, use case development, and business process optimization.Translate business requirements into functional specifications, design user stories, and create solution blueprints.Attend or lead client workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate meetings, and maintain client relationships.Coordinate with internal and client teams, track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure project governance.Develop functional documentation, training materials, and support knowledge transfer activities required.What you'll need to succeed:2-3+ years of business analysis experienceExperience in data and analytics projectsStrong background in process improvementExperience in consulting or client-facing rolesKnowledge of data visualization tools and BI platforms (ex.
