As part of the growing Montreal platform, the Finance Department is looking for a Finance Manager – Accounting & Management Control to structure internal processes, create strong cohesion, and support the rise of the Finance function for the Americas region. Key Responsibilities Structure internal processes and strengthen the financial function of Crédit Agricole Services & Operations Inc. (CASO) – financial accounts, financial reports and management control. Supervise and ensure accounting of the service company and planning and management control. Support local tax processes, including IFC – International Financial Center. Supervise two finance teams of five employees locally who are servicing CACIB New York. Develop a culture of collaboration and performance. Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and monitoring of KPIs. Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and IFRS. Be a strategic partner of the Canada Chief Finance Officer and senior management. Ensure quality and compliance of financial statements. Manage and lead employees, fostering team spirit and cross‑functional relationships with other domains. Maintain and promote smooth relationships with auditors (internal and external), tax authorities, finance teams from New York and Paris, and Canadian teams (HR, Ops, IT, etc.).
