You will collaborate with physician leaders and clinical staff to promote engagement and capacity building in quality improvement and work with senior leadership to implement evidence-based strategies for best practices.OverviewThe Medical Leader is a physician passionate about fostering a safety culture and establishing evidence-based patient care models to enhance patient safety. Reporting to the Executive Medical Director of Clinical Quality and Patient Safety, you will be part of the leadership team, including regional and local department heads.This role requires approximately seven hours per month, including meetings and travel, with flexible hours.
