What we’re looking for: 🎓 Education A College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technology‑related field. 📌 Professional Experience At least 3 years of proven experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, ideally within technology‑driven or Gaming environments. Hands‑on experience working with enterprise software development teams. 🛠️ Business Analysis & Delivery Skills Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with the full Business Analysis process, including: Requirements gathering and elicitation Stakeholder communication and alignment Planning and requirements management Analysis, documentation, and specification Implementation support and testing 🔗 Technical & Integration Awareness Familiarity with 3rd‑party system integrations, APIs, and data flows. Working knowledge of relational databases and how business requirements translate into data models and queries will be considered a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on integration‑heavy solutions. 💬 Communication & Collaboration Strong communication skills, able to align business and technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery models. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative team player.
